ENTHEON BIOMEDICAL ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Entheon Biomedical Corp. is proceeding on a private placement financing of up to 2.95 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $147,500.

Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional Share at an exercise price of 10 cents per share for a period of 60 months from the date of issuance.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the placement toward general working capital purposes. All securities issued under the placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period and the company may pay finder's fees in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
