ENBRIDGE INC. ANNOUNCES 3% QUARTERLY DIVIDEND INCREASE FOR 2026

Enbridge Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 97 cents per common share, payable on March 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on Feb. 17, 2026. The declared dividend represents a 3-per-cent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the 31st consecutive year in which the company has increased its common share dividend.

On Dec. 2, 2025, the Enbridge board of directors declared the following quarterly dividends. All dividends are payable on March 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on Feb. 17, 2026.
