ENBRIDGE INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDENDS

Enbridge Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 91.5 cents per common share, payable on June 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2024. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the March 1, 2024, dividend.

The company has also declared quarterly dividends for Enbridge preferred shares. All dividends are payable on June 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2024.
