ENBRIDGE INC. ANNOUNCED 3.1% QUARTERLY DIVIDEND INCREASE FOR 2024

Enbridge Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 91.5 cents per common share, payable on March 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on Feb. 15, 2024. The declared dividend represents a 3.1-per-cent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the 29th consecutive year in which the company has increased its common share dividend.

On Nov. 28, 2023, Enbridge declared the quarterly dividends listed in an attached table. All dividends are payable on March 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on Feb. 15, 2024.
