The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Enbridge Inc. will list an additional 89.49 million common shares at the open on Sept. 8, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $44.70 per share, pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated Sept. 6, 2023, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Sept. 5, 2023.
