ENBRIDGE DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDENDS

Enbridge Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 88.75 cents per common share, payable on Sept. 1, 2023, to shareholders of record on Aug. 15, 2023. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the June 1, 2023, dividend.

The company has also declared the quarterly dividends for Enbridge preferred shares. All dividends are payable on Sept. 1, 2023, to shareholders of record on Aug. 15, 2023.
