As previously announced on December 23, 2014, Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EEP) ("Enbridge Partners") declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.57 per unit, or $2.28 per unit on an annualized basis on all of its outstanding units, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The approved distribution represents an increase of 2.7 percent over the previous quarter's cash distribution and 4.9 percent over the fourth quarter of 2013. The distribution is payable on February 13, 2015, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 6, 2015.

Enbridge Energy Management Distribution

Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (NYSE: EEQ) ("Enbridge Management") today declared a distribution of $0.57 per share payable on February 13, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 6, 2015. The distribution will be paid in the form of additional shares of Enbridge Management valued at the average closing price of the shares for the 10 trading days prior to the ex-dividend date on February 4, 2015.

Management Review of Quarterly Results and 2015 Financial Guidance
