Entourage Metals to Consolidate its Common Shares on a One New for  Six Old Share Basis

Vancouver, British Columbia - April 24th 2014, - Entourage Metals Ltd. (the "Company") (EMT-TSX:V) reports that the bo
--->ard of directors of the Company has approved a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one new post-consoli
--->dation common share for every six pre-consolidation common shares.  The Company proposes this consolidation in order t
--->o facilitate future financings and acquisitions, and a name change is not intended as part of the consolidation. 
There are presently 35,354,999 common shares issued and outstanding in the capital of the Company, and, following the 
--->proposed share consolidation, there will be approximately 5,892,500 common shares issued and outstanding.  The board o
--->f directors may, at its discretion, determine when such a consolidation will occur.  The consolidation is also subject
---> to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
