EMINENT TERMINATES OPTION ON WEEPAH

Eminent Gold Corp. has elected to terminate an option agreement on the Weepah property with the optionor Nevada Select Royalty Inc.

After review of the potential upside and cost associated with Weepah, the company decided it no longer fits within the company's portfolio objectives. The company plans to remain focused on its flagship asset, Hot Springs Range project (HSRP), which it believes has world-class Carlin-style deposit potential as it represents a direct analogue to the 42-million-ounce Getchell trend only 15 kilometres away. The recently purchased Gilbert South property is located in the prolific Walker Lane trend and borders Hecla's Monte Cristo property. The bonanza-grade gold on surface, as well as subsurface targets revealed by geophysics at Gilbert South, suggests the potential for a bonanza-style epithermal deposit.

Paul Sun, president and chief executive officer of the company, commented: "With gold sampled on structure complemented by large geophysical targets, our Hot Springs Range project has the opportunity for significant scale as the property parallels one of Nevada's most prolific trends.

"The company is preparing for inaugural drill programs on its drill-ready permitted Hot Springs Range and Gilbert South properties, and is remaining fiscally disciplined with its spending."
