Canamera Energy Metals Corp. has arranged a rights offering. The company will be offering 76,524,613 rights to holders of its common shares at the market close on the record date of Sept. 16, 2026, on the basis of one right for each common share held. Each right will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common share of the company upon payment of a subscription price of one cent per share for a period of 30 days.
