ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q4 FY-2023 AND FY-2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Electrovaya Inc. will file and release its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2023, financial results, after market close on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024. This will be followed by a conference call at 8 a.m. EST on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, presented by chief executive officer Dr. Raj DasGupta and chief financial officer John Gibson, to discuss the financial results and provide a business update. The conference call details will be included in the Q4 FY 2023 and FY 2023 financial results press release.
