      ELECTRA STONE STAKES COBALT  PROSPECT ADJACENT ROYAL NICKEL'S 
            DUMONT NICKELCOBALT PROPERTY ,QUEBEC, CANADA  

Electra Stone Ltd., (TSXV: ELT) (OTCELCGF) announces today, April 12, 2018, the 
acquisition  by GESTIM online application, certain recently expired mineral cells, 
located in Quebec, Canada, adjacent the  Royal Nickel (TRNX), Dumont Nickel
Cobalt project , in which  Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. (TSXKBLT) recently  purchased a 
1.75% NSR for $10 Million and 537,535 common shares ( see news release dated 
March 20, 2018 under TSXKBLT). The new project will be known as the DUMONT 
COBALT NORTHWEST project when official title is issued. 

Electra is reviewing another  land package known as the Dumont North Cobalt 
project which is also adjacent to the Royal Nickel Dumont NickelCobalt project. 

On April 9, Royal Nickel reported in a news release "...  Dumont concentrate is 
ideal for producing nickel and cobalt material feed to be sold directly into the 
battery industry...".  Royal Nickel also stated in the news release "... Dumont 
proven and probable reserves consist of 1.18 billion tonnes of ore containing 3.15 
million tonnes of nickel (6.9 billion pounds) and 126,000 tonnes (278 million 
pounds) of cobalt... Shovel ready: feasibility study and permitting complete".
