EASTPLATS ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Eastern Platinum Ltd. has released the voting results of the company's 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 20, 2023. A total of 65,194,989 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 47.3 per cent of the votes attached to all the outstanding common shares of the company.
