ELEMENT NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES INC. ANNOUNCES PLANNED NAME CHANGE TO PROMINO NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES INC.

Element Nutritional Sciences Inc. intends to change its name to Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. The effective date of the name change and further details, including the new ticker symbol and Cusip/ISIN for the common shares of the company, will be announced in a subsequent news release.

Shareholders will not be required to take any action in connection with the name change. The name change remains subject to the company receiving all necessary approvals, including approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
