Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on Nov. 4, 2025, and a directors resolution on Nov. 12, 2025, Elemental Altus Royalties Corp. has changed its name to Elemental Royalty Corp. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening of Nov. 14, 2025, the common shares of Elemental Royalty will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Elemental Altus Royalties will be delisted. Elemental is classified under financial services -- investment companies and funds.

Capitalization:  unlimited common shares with no par value, of which 63,770,093 shares are issued and outstanding
