A cease trade order has been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on May 5, 2023, against the following companies for failing to file its audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis relating to the audited annual financial statements, its certification of the foregoing filings as required by National Instrument 52-109, and its certification of disclosure in issuers' annual and interim filings within the required time period all for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022.
