EVERKIND ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON THE OTCQB VENTURE MARKET

Everkind Wellness Inc.'s common shares have been approved for quotation on the OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., and are expected to commence trading under the symbol EKWIF at the opening of markets on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026.

The company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol EK. Quotation on the OTCQB does not represent a new issuance of securities and will not result in any dilution to existing shareholders.

The OTCQB Venture Market is a United States trading platform operated by OTC Markets Group Inc. for entrepreneurial and development-stage companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, undergo an annual verification and management certification process, and meet a minimum bid price test. Quotation on the OTCQB is intended to provide investors in the United States with improved access to, and greater transparency of, trading in the company's common shares through U.S. brokerage accounts.

In connection with the commencement of trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, the company has also applied for eligibility with The Depository Trust Company (DTC). DTC eligibility, if approved, is expected to facilitate the electronic clearing and settlement of the company's common shares in the United States and improve the ability of U.S. investors to trade the company's shares through participating broker-dealers. The DTC eligibility application is currently under review, and there can be no assurance as to the timing or outcome of the application.
