CANOE EIT INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES 2023 ANNUAL REDEMPTION PRICE

Canoe EIT Income Fund units accepted for the 2023 voluntary cash redemption will be redeemed at a price of $12.41 per unit (rounded) in Canadian dollars. This price is equal to 95 per cent of the average net asset value per unit based on the three business days preceding the redemption date of Dec. 8, 2023, less direct costs. Payment of the redemption proceeds will be made on or before Jan. 3, 2024.
