CANOE EIT INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2023 MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION AND QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION ON PREFERRED UNITS

Canoe EIT Income Fund has declared a February, 2023, monthly distribution of 10 cents per unit. Additionally, the fund has declared a quarterly distribution for preferred units. Cumulative redeemable Series 1 and Series 2 preferred unitholders will receive a distribution of 30 cents per unit. The distributions will be paid on March 15, 2023, to unitholders of record on Feb. 23, 2023. The ex distribution date for this distribution is Feb. 22, 2023.
