MONAGHAN ANNOUNCES ADOPTION OF SEMI-ANNUAL REPORTING
Monaghan Capital Fund Ltd. intends to adopt the semi-annual financial reporting (SAR) pilot program utilizing the exemptions provided under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers.

Accordingly, the company will not be filing interim financial statements and the related MD&A for the three months ended May 31, 2026.
The company confirms that it meets the SAR pilot program eligibility criteria and remains committed to timely disclosure of all material changes and significant developments as required under National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
