MONAGHAN CAPITAL FUND LTD. ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE

Monaghan Capital Fund Ltd., subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, has appointed John Muffolini as a director of the company effective Oct. 31, 2023. Concurrent with Mr. Muffolini's appointment, Ted Hastings has resigned as a director of the company. The company thanks Mr. Hastings for his invaluable contributions and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
