EHT Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, May 29, 2015 /CNW/ - EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. ("EHT" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EHT) is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 500,000 incentive stock options under its stock option plan to a consultant and directors. The stock options are exercisable for a period of two years at a price of $0.25 per share expiring on May 28, 2017. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
