--->l of Easyhome Ltd. (the "Shares") at a price of $23.80 per Share (the "Disposition").  Immediately following the Dispo
--->sition, Maxam Funds beneficially own or control 1,114,013 Shares, representing approximately 8.37% of the Issuer's iss
--->ued and outstanding Shares.
The Maxam Funds are managed by their general partners, Maxam Opportunities GP Ltd. and Maxam Opportunities (Internatio
--->nal) GP Ltd. (together, the "Maxam General Partners"), respectively.  The Maxam General Partners are majority owned by
