The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amendment agreement to the senior long-term debt for the remaining outstanding balance of $6,453,674 (U.S.) between Eguana Technologies Inc. and an arm's-length party. Under the amendment, the amortization period of the loan will be extended to May 15, 2026, starting on Dec. 15, 2024. Additionally, the exchange has accepted the issuance of three million common shares to the lender in connection with the amendment of the loan.
