The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a mineral rights assignment agreement dated Feb. 11, 2026, between 1844 Resources Inc. and arm's-length parties. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has acquired two mining claims in Sector 22A13 of the Quebec mining register.

Consideration:  on closing (already paid and issued), $2,000 cash and 200,000 common shares
