EDM ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
EDM Resources Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on Aug. 21, 2026.
A total of 31,563,292 common shares, representing approximately 39.27 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares, were represented at the meeting in person or by proxy.
Election of directors
Shareholders voted on the election of directors of the company. The results were as follows.
Following the shareholder vote to set the number of directors at five, Mark Haywood, Eugene Chen, Justin Barragan, Manish Grigo and Mark Van Remortel were elected as directors of the company and will hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly elected or appointed.
Other meeting matters
Shareholders also:
- Set the number of directors at five;
- Reappointed Clearhouse LLP as the auditor of the company for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration;
- Reapproved the company's stock option plan and the restricted stock unit incentive plan.
The company thanks its shareholders for their strong participation in the meeting and their continued support. The newly constituted board looks forward to working with management as EDM advances the Scotia mine toward a planned restart.
