The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of alkali dispositions located in Ceylon Lake, Freefight Lake, and the north and south areas of Cabri Lake in the province of Saskatchewan, pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated July 11, 2023, between the company and arm's-length vendor.

Consideration:  $35,000 cash and 156,250 common shares

On commencement of the commercial production from the claims, the company will make a payment of a royalty of 2 per cent of gross revenue from the commercial production of mineral products on the claims.
