The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Dec. 14, 2023.

Number of shares:  13 million national flow-through shares and 11 million Quebec flow-through shares

Purchase price:  10 cents per national flow-through share and 11 cents per Quebec flow-through share

Number of placees:  four placees

Finder's fee:   1,506,000 common shares

The company issued a news release on Dec. 14, 2023, confirming closing of the private placement.
