The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 360,629 common shares at a deemed price of 13.5 cents per share, to settle outstanding accrued and unpaid interest of $48,685 owing on $2,781,000 principal amount of convertible debentures, which were issued pursuant to a prospectus convertible debenture unit offering under a debenture indenture dated as of Nov. 24, 2022, and a supplemental indenture dated as of April 29, 2024.
