The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an arm's-length share purchase agreement dated Jan. 23, 2024, and an amendment dated Jan. 31, 2024, between Emerge Commerce Ltd. and Tiny Fund I LP. Pursuant to the agreement, the purchaser has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the company's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Retail Store Networks Inc. (doing business as WholesalePet) (the target).

As consideration, the purchaser has paid aggregate cash consideration of $9.25-million (U.S.) to the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Emerge U.S. Holdings LLC, subject to certain closing and postclosing adjustments, payments, and obligations.
