EAGLE BAY RESOURCES ANNOUNCES RECORD DATE FOR SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Further to the news release dated Oct. 11, 2023, Eagle Bay Resources Corp. has set Oct. 25, 2023, as the record date for the share consolidation. As announced, the company intends to consolidate its common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation share for 10 preconsolidation shares. The consolidation will become effective at the opening of the market on Oct. 24, 2023. The symbol EBR will remain the same. The new Cusip number is 269421202.

Currently, a total of 52,854,526 shares are issued and outstanding. Accordingly, upon the consolidation becoming effective, a total of 5,285,452 shares, subject to adjustments for rounding, will be issued and outstanding. There is no maximum number of authorized shares. Odyssey Trust Company will mail out a letter of transmittal to the shareholders of record on Oct. 25, 2023, providing instructions on exchanging preconsolidation share certificates for postconsolidation share certificates. Shareholders are encouraged to send their share certificates, together with their letter of transmittal, to Odyssey Trust Company, in accordance with the instructions in the letter of transmittal.
