Kermode issues Shares for Services to CFO for September 2024

Victoria, British Columbia - (October 4, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces work completed in September 2024 under the shares for services agreements with the Chief Financial Officer. See Kermode's news releases dated April 9, 2024, for details.

The issuance price shall be $0.01 and the total amount of services provided was $2,500, which will be paid with 250,000 shares of Kermode to Malaspina Consultants Inc. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
