NEW EARTH RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES GEOXPLOR CORP. AS PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE LUCKY BOY URANIUM PROJECT
New Earth Resources Corp. has appointed GeoXplor Corp., an arm's-length party to the company, as the official project manager for the company's Lucky Boy uranium project. Over 40 years of experience has enabled GeoXplor to provide expert personnel to supervise and manage projects such as Lucky Boy. This strategic collaboration underscores the company's commitment to advancing exploration on the project.
"We are excited to utilize GeoXplor as our project manager on Lucky Boy," said Lawrence Hay, chief executive officer of New Earth. "Since they initially provided us with Lucky Boy as our original listing asset, their familiarity with the project could prove paramount in our exploration efforts moving forward."
The company also announces that Sean Webster has resigned as a director of the company to focus on other interests. The company's board of directors thanks Mr. Webster for his contributions to the company.

New Earth is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company acquiring and developing advanced- and early-stage exploration projects. Its flagship project is its 100-per-cent-owned, past-producing Lucky Boy uranium property located in Gila county, Arizona, United States.
