EARTH ALIVE ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

At Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2023, all director nominees listed in the 2023 management proxy circular were elected as directors. A total of 149,669,563 common shares, or 28.9 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

Additionally, the proposal to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor was approved.

For:  99.8 per cent

Withheld:  0.2 per cent

Finally, the company's stock option plan was approved and confirmed.

For:  98.3 per cent

Against:  1.7 per cent
