D2L Inc. will release financial results for the three- and 12-month periods ended Jan. 31, 2026, after markets close on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Management will host a conference call to discuss the financial results on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET followed by a question-and-answer period.
