DST ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
David Lemieux has resigned from Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc.'s board of directors. Mr. Lemieux has been an active member of the board since June 21, 2021. His departure represents the final step of the transition out of the corporation since his resignation as chief executive officer on Sept. 30, 2022.
Jean-Philippe Mai, president and chief executive officer of Dundee Sustainable, commented: "We appreciate David's many contributions to DST over the years and his leadership during his tenure as CEO. The board and management are wishing him all the best in his future endeavours."
Appointment to the board of directors
The corporation is also appointing Mr. Mai to the board of directors to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Lemieux's departure. Mr. Mai acts as president and CEO of Dundee Sustainable since Oct. 1, 2022. Following this appointment, the board of directors is composed of Mr. Mai, Robert Sellars and Mario Jacob (chair). Mr. Sellars and Mr. Jacob are independent.
