                                 TEMBO CAPITAL MINING FUND LP
                                 ACQUIRES COMMONS SHARES OF
                                   DUSOLO FERTILIZERS INC.


Tembo Capital Mining Fund LP, of Carinthia House, 9-12 The Grange, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4BF UK,
announces that pursuant to a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of DuSolo Fertilizers Inc.
("DuSolo") of common shares which closed on October 1, 2014, Tembo Capital Mining Fund LP acquired
18,518,519 common shares of DuSolo at a price of CAD $0.27 per share for a total subscription price of
CAD$5,000,000.

Immediately following the closing of the Offering, Tembo Capital Mining Fund LP had beneficial ownership of,
and control and discretion over, directly or indirectly, 18,518,519 Common Shares, or approximately 14.3% of the
issued and outstanding common shares of DuSolo.

Tembo Capital Mining Fund LP is an "Accredited Investor" and therefore, DuSolo relied on the exemption from
prospectus and registration requirements in connection with the foregoing transaction, contained in Section 2.3 of
National Instrument 45-106 � Prospectus and Registration Exemptions.

Tembo Capital Mining Fund LP acquired beneficial ownership of, and control or discretion over, the Common
Shares that are the subject of this report for investment purposes and intends to review its investment in DuSolo
on a continuing basis.
