DEEPSPATIAL ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF 21.45 MILLION SHARES

Deepspatial Inc. has cancelled 21.45 million previously issued common shares of the company. The shares were initially issued to Algo8 India Private Ltd. for the acquisition of technology which was never delivered to Deepspatial. Nandan Mishra, a principal of Algo8, has also resigned from the board of directors of Deepspatial, effective immediately.

Deepspatial has developed its own suite of artificial-intelligence-driven technologies which are currently being used in multiple verticals, such as education and agriculture. Since December, 2023, the company has received contracts exceeding $1-million for its innovative solutions, for which the company has invoiced $860,000 during the period of Jan. 1 to March 31, 2024.
