DESJARDINS ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ITS ETFS

Desjardins Global Asset Management Inc., acting as manager and portfolio advisor for Desjardins exchange traded funds, has declared the April, 2021, cash distributions for the Desjardins ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange that pay a monthly distribution. Unitholders of record on April 23, 2021, will receive cash distributions payable for these ETFs on April 30, 2021.

The attached table lists the Desjardins ETFs that will pay cash distributions for April, 2021, as well as the distribution amount per unit to be paid.
