DRC GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

DRC Gold Corp. has granted an aggregate of 5.9 million incentive stock options to certain directors, consultants and an employee in accordance with DRC Gold's omnibus equity incentive compensation plan. The options have a four-year term and an exercise price of 35 cents per common share.
