Vancouver BC � DOREX MINERALS INC. (TSX-V: DOX) (the "Company") announces that it will be making an
application to the TSX Venture Exchange for the issuance of shares and warrants to pay outstanding debts in the
aggregate of $740,000. The shares will be issued at a deemed value of $0.05 with warrants exercisable for two years
at $0.10.
