REPUBLIC TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF FFCTO AND RESUMPTION OF TRADING
Further to the press release issued on July 3, 2026, the B.C. Securities Commission has issued an order to revoke its failure-to-file cease trade order against Republic Technologies Inc., effective Aug. 4, 2026. As a result, the company has resumed the trading of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange at 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Aug. 10, 2026.
Furthermore, on July 28, 2026, the company filed: (i) its audited annual financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis, and related certifications for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025; and (ii) on Aug. 4, 2026, its unaudited interim financial statements, interim management's discussion and analysis, and related certifications for the period ended March 31, 2026.
