DUNBAR ANNOUNCES TSXV LISTING, VOLUNTARY CSE DELISTING AND NAME CHANGE
Dunbar Metals Corp. has received confirmation from the TSX Venture Exchange that the company's common shares are expected to commence trading on the TSX-V effective at the market open on May 23, 2025. Prior to the company's listing on the TSX-V, the company will change its name to Kirkstone Metals Corp. and its trading symbol on the TSX-V will be KSM. Upon commencement of trading on the TSX-V, the company's Cusip number will be 49752E 10 6 and its ISIN will be CA 49752E 10 6 0.
In connection with the listing of the shares on the TSX-V, the company has submitted a request to voluntarily delist its shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange. The CSE delisting is expected to be effective at the close of market on May 22, 2025.
There is no change in the capitalization of the company in connection with the change of name or listing on the TSX-V. No action is required by existing shareholders of the company with respect to the name change, CSE delisting or TSX-V listing.
The company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The company currently holds a 100-per-cent interest in mineral claims totalling approximately 7,000 hectares comprising the Gorilla Lake property, located in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada, subject to a royalty obligation. The phase 1 exploration program at the property consists of geological mapping, prospecting and geochemical sampling based on the anomalies identified by the company's HeliTEM survey and integration with other available data sets. The company's secondary objective is to locate and develop other economic precious and base metals properties of merit.
