DOMINION LENDING CENTRES INC. ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Dominion Lending Centres Inc. has declared a cash dividend of three cents per Class A common share that will be payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2024. The dividend will be designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
