DISTRICT MINES AGM RESULTS UPDATE

Vancouver, British Columbia - March 25, 2026 - District Mines Ltd. ("District Mines" or the "Company") (NEX: DIG.H). wishes to provide an update regarding the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on February 27, 2026.

As previously announced, shareholders approved the election of all nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated January 29, 2026, including Chris Campbell.

Subsequent to the meeting, the Company was advised that Mr. Campbell does not consent to act as a director of the Company and has declined the appointment. Accordingly, Mr. Campbell has not assumed the office of director.

The board of directors of the Company is comprised of the following directors:

As previously disclosed, Ehsan Agahi resigned as a director of the Company on March 16, 2026.
