DISTRICT MINES ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Vancouver, British Columbia - March 16, 2026 - District Mines Ltd. ("District Mines" or the "Company") (NEX: DIG.H) announces that Ali Pickett has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Ehsan Agahi has resigned as a director of the Company, each effective immediately.

The Company thanks Mr. Pickett and Mr. Ehsan Agahi for their service and contributions to District Mines and wishes them success in their future endeavors.

The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and will provide an update once an appointment has been made.
