Mr. Dane Gehrke reports

DISTRICT MINES ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

District Mines Ltd. has made the following management and board changes, effective immediately.

Praneeth Goli has resigned as a director and been replaced by Dane Gehrke, who will also serve as the company's chief executive officer in place of Anthony Paterson. In addition, Ryan Russel has joined the board of directors.

Mr. Gehrke is an experienced executive recognized for building organizations that scale and sustain growth. He has led teams through complex transitions, consistently delivering stronger operations, improved performance and long-term value creation.

Mr. Russell is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the oil and gas services sector. He has successfully built, acquired and sold multiple companies, creating value through disciplined operations, strategic growth and well-executed transactions.
