MARGARET LAKE ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to the news release of Sept. 9, 2025, Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. has terminated its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to nine million units for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $900,000 through the issuance of units at a price of 10 cents per unit.
