DISCOVERY HARBOUR RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SHARE SALE

Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. has completed the sale of its minority shareholding interest in UVAD Technologies Inc. pursuant to an agreement dated Feb. 6, 2026, with an arm's-length private company for gross proceeds of $297,000.

The company originally acquired the shares in 2011 following a debt settlement. The shares were a passive investment asset for the company unrelated to the company's current business of sourcing, exploring and developing mineral properties. Accordingly, the company determined it appropriate to divest its interest in the shares.

The company was required to obtain the approval of shareholders as the shares represented substantially all of the company's assets, in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). A shareholder meeting was held on March 18, 2026, whereby 99.05 per cent of the common shares represented at the meeting voted in favour of the share sale. The share sale remains subject to final approval of the exchange.

The company also announces that Sharyn Alexander has resigned from the board of directors of the company, effective March 24, 2026. The company would like to thank Ms. Alexander for her contributions to the company.
