DGEN TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

DGEN Technologies Corp.'s board of directors has today granted an aggregate of 2.25 million options at an exercise price of 25 cents to certain directors, officers and service providers. The options are exercisable for a term of three years from the date of issuance.
